How do I register my child for the Tag-Your-Kid program?

Please visit a Guest Services tent located next to any of our Box Office locations prior to entering the festival to register and pick-up your child’s wristband. Look for the Tag-Your-Kid signs when you arrive at the Box Office or ask a Guest Services team member for help if you need directions.

Children 8 and under are required to have their Tag-Your-Kid wristband before heading through security and entering the festival.

You will be able to pick up Tag-Your-Kid wristband(s) during the following hours at the following locations.

Palmer Events Center (Pre-Festival Location)
900 Barton Springs Road, Austin, TX 78704

• Oct 3^rd  11am – 7pm

*Park in the garage facing Barton Springs Road. When you exit the garage and enter the building facing Barton Springs Road, you’ll walk directly into Hall 1. Please note there is a parking fee at the Palmer Events Center.

West Box Office 

Located adjacent to the West Entrance – Barton Springs Road

• October 5^th & 12^th 10 am – 9 pm
• October 6^th & 13^th 10 am – 9 pm

Lady Bird Box Office

Located on Stratford Drive

Located On Barton Springs Road adjacent to ZILKR on the Park Condos
