Tickets will ship to you about a month before the festival. If you need to change your shipping address, log in to your Front Gate Tickets account, click “sign in", then manage your order and shipping address there.

If you do not receive your wristband 7 days before before the event, please reach out to Front Gate Tickets to report them missing. You can then visit the Box Office once you arrive at the festival to receive a replacement.
Please Note: If your tickets were purchased using a layaway plan, they will not be shipped until the layaway plan is paid in full.
