We’re thrilled you’re joining us in the ACL Bungalows in Zilker Park! Enjoying the festival from a Bungalow is a special way to enjoy ACL, and we are going to do everything we can to make sure you have the time of your life. On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about the Bungalow program plus other important details about general festival policies. Please be sure to read through it and to send it to everyone in your group so they are also in-the-know. We can’t wait to see you there!
Prior to coming to the festival, read and reference the following information.
- Bring your Festival Wristband
- Please also remember our updated bag policy – CLEAR BAGS ONLY – and NO liquids are allowed to be brought into ACL Festival.
- Review our Allowed and Prohibited Items list for information on what you can/can’t bring to the festival.
Note: Personal belongings may not be left in the Bungalows overnight. Any items left unattended are done so at your own risk. The festival organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
How to Dress & What to Bring
- Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door. The festival grounds are a combination of paved surfaces, gravel and grass, so choose your footwear accordingly.
- We recommend a hat and sunglasses, but if you forget anything, the Festival Store has lots of great merchandise offerings!
Bungalow Wristbands
Your wristbands were delivered to the main contact/purchaser of your Bungalow and you should receive your wristband from them! For any other questions about wristbands or will-call, please email concierge@aclfestival.com.
Wristband Activation
- Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate. Activate your wristband here.

Location & Entry Gate
- You can enter the festival through any of the three main entrances. Be sure to use the VIP lanes for expedited entry!
Getting to the Festival/Parking
- There are many ways to get to the festival - from shuttles to walking, biking to rideshare. Find more information on getting to the festival.
Accessing your Bungalow

The Bungalows are located at the T-Mobile Stage, above the VIP West Viewing Deck. When you arrive at the VIP West Grove, check in with the Bungalow Host on the Viewing Deck. Your host will greet you and escort you to your assigned Bungalow.
- The Bungalows are located on their own private level above the VIP West Viewing Deck. Climb the steps to the third level to access your private Bungalows. Once you're checked in, you can then come and go as you please.
As a Bungalow guest, you have access to your own private Bungalow at the T-Mobile Stage as well as both VIP Lounges. You additionally have access to a private bar with complimentary all-day beer, seltzer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Sit back and relax in your furnished lounge with a mix of soft seating and cocktail tables and enjoy stellar views of the T-Mobile Stage. Come and go as you please into your Bungalow throughout the day, and take full advantage of the festival by also venturing into the VIP areas (VIP amenity info below).
Bungalow Dining and Drinks
- Bungalow guests will have access to complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the day, in addition to a complimentary dinner buffet, daily.
- You’ll also enjoy a variety of ways to quench your thirst with a generous array of beer, seltzers, wine, spirits, and sodas.
