If you didn't receive your wristbands prior to leaving for the festival, please contact Front Gate Tickets to report them missing. You can then visit the box office to receive a replacement. Please bring your order number from Front Gate Tickets along with your government-issued ID.
Please note, we are only able provide replacements for wristbands purchased through Front Gate Tickets or the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange. We cannot assist with orders purchased through third parties.
