Located to the LEFT of the American Express Stage if looking at it, find your Platinum Lounge entry portal all the way along the festival fence, past the Cabanas and the bar. Or, upon entry into the festival via either Platinum Entrance, hop on a golf cart for a ride directly there!
Platinum Parlor & Patio
- Like the name implies, the air-conditioned Parlor offers a relaxing spot for taking a load off. Catch a set or the big game on the flatscreen TV, or watch all of the action on the American Express Stage from the elevated outdoor patio.
Full-Service Bar
- Enjoy a drink from the full-service bar located outside the Parlor.
Platinum Café

- Our helpful staff are at your service to dispense everything from Festival info to sunscreen and wristband help.
Lockers & Mobile Chargers
- Store your belongings in a complimentary locker, which measure 11” x 13.5” x 18” and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary mobile chargers can be checked out from the Platinum Concierge.
Massage & Salon Services
- Enjoy complimentary massages throughout the weekend! Plus, get your hair braided or freshen up with some glitter from our stylists. 12pm - 6pm daily.
