Welcome back to ACL Festival! True to the Austin City Limits legacy, we have an incredibly diverse lineup on offer, from bona fide legends to tomorrow’s headliners. As a Platinum guest, you have front-row access to all of the action plus a ton more perks to make for an unforgettable weekend.
On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about the Platinum program plus other important details about general health and safety policies. Please be sure to read through it and to send it to everyone in your group so they are also in-the-know. We can’t wait to see you in the park!
Platinum Kids Policy: To ensure adequate resources and amenities and to provide a premium experience for everyone in Platinum, any kids between the ages of 3-8 years old will need to have a Platinum Kids wristband, which can be purchased through the links below. They can also be purchased at the festival from the Platinum Concierge. Kids 2 and younger are free in Platinum with a ticketed adult. Any kids 9 years old and above will need to have a Platinum wristband for entry into the Platinum areas. Proof of age will be required for entry.

How to Dress & What to Bring
Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door. The festival grounds are a combination of paved surfaces, grass, mulch and gravel, so choose your footwear accordingly. We recommend a hat and sunglasses, but if you forget anything, the Festival Store has lots of great merchandise offerings!

Wristband Activation
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate. Activate your wristband HERE!

Platinum Downtown Shuttle
Enjoy complimentary, roundtrip shuttle service between the JW Marriott and the Platinum West Entrance.

Platinum Entrances & Policies
Avoid the crowds and use the Platinum-only entrances into the Festival. Once inside, hop on a golf cart to be taken directly to the Platinum Lounge.

Kids in Platinum

Access to VIP and GA+
Enjoy unfettered access to the VIP Groves and GA+ Hideaway. Both VIP Grove East and West boast a viewing deck with fantastic views of the main stages. VIP Grove East also offers all-day drinks, complimentary massage and salon services, and a pop up merch booth. The GA+ Hideaway is located next to the VIP Grove East.

Express service at the ACL Festival Store
The full selection of merchandise can be found at the main store across from the IHG Hotels and Resorts Stage. This expansive space is fully enclosed, air-conditioned and set up for a true retail experience. Platinum guests can enjoy express entry and checkout to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
