Platinum Downtown Shuttle
Enjoy complimentary, roundtrip shuttle service between the JW Marriott and the Platinum West Entrance.
*Please note, the parking garage at the JW Marriott Hotel is currently under construction and not operational. If you are planning on driving to the JW Marriott, please plan on parking in other parking garages downtown or on the street. This could impact the time it takes you to get onto the Platinum Shuttle to the festival.

Hours
- First shuttle departs downtown at 11:30am
- Last shuttle leaves the Festival at 10:30pm
All shuttles are available on a first-come, first-served basis — we appreciate your patience during peak hours! Only guests with Platinum wristbands will be allowed entry into the shuttles. To make sure the shuttles stay operational, we will respectfully decline service to anyone who appears inebriated.
